It’s compatible with both 25x50 and 50x50 series T-slot extrusions, making it a versatile option for medium-duty applications.

The dual nylon wheels are mounted on a precision-machined bracket that rides securely within the extrusion's slot, delivering a stable and low-friction guide system.

🛠️ Installation Notes

• Profile Compatibility: Fits open slots of 25x50mm and 50x50mm series profiles.

• Orientation: Ensure correct alignment—wheels should roll along the inner slot walls.

• Fastening: Uses M6 bolts and roll-in or slide-in T-nuts (torque 4–6 N·m recommended).

• Load Sharing: For panels wider than 600 mm, install three or more assemblies for even weight distribution.

• Replacement Option: Wheels can be upgraded to ball-bearing versions (25-2281-G/W) for heavy-duty or high-dust environments.
